Preschool Classes
Our Lessons Start With Fun First!
Our toddler and preschool classes are designed to provide an excellent foundation for your child to grow in strength, flexibility and balance. We offer three different levels of preschool classes. Parent and Tot, Toddler and Me, and Kinderkids.
Parent & Tot
Ages 2-3 years
40 Minutes
This class invites parents and their little ones to share a delightful experience together. Participants will navigate obstacle courses, discover the joys of gymnastics, and enjoy quality time! It's a fantastic chance to create lasting memories with your child while witnessing their growth!
Toddler And Me
Ages 3-5Year Olds
50 Minutes
This class invites both the parent and child to participate together. You'll have the opportunity to explore essential gymnastics fundamentals, enhance strength, flexibility, and balance, all while creating cherished memories together.
Kinderkids
Ages 5-6 years old, must be enrolled in Kindergarten
50 Minutes
Your child will explore the fundamentals of gymnastics in a group environment with their peers. This class will emphasize essential physical attributes, including stretching, flexibility, balance, strength, and coordination. Emphasis will also be placed on collaboration with classmates and the importance of positive behavior. Please note that parent participation is not included in this class.
Kids Connect
Ages 3-5Year Olds
90 Minutes

Bring Your Own Lunch – Kids will enjoy a lunch break together.

Structured Gymnastics Instruction – Led by our trained coaches, kids will work on skills, strength, balance, and confidence in the gym.

Fun & Social Time – Make friends, move your body, and have fun!
When: Wednesdays • 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM
Cost: $100 per month ($45 Registration fee due at sign up and good for one full year)
